EASY DTF
DTF transfer film, 22 inches wide, in listed roll lengths. Run your design first, then pick your roll.

Enter one design size and how many you need. The calculator recommends the 22″ film to order.

How it works: one design at a time on a 22.5″ sheet with 1″ total margin (21.5″ usable), 0.25″ gaps between designs and rows. Designs sit side by side only when they are 10.5″ across or less. We check both orientations and pick the cheaper one. Orders use only our listed roll lengths; longer jobs combine them (for example 900″ = 400″ + 500″), choosing the cheapest mix that fits every row.
2. Pick your roll
Screen printing
Pick a garment, sizes, and print locations. Your price is the garment cost plus print labor, plus oversize for 2XL and up.
Screen printing bags
Pick a cotton tote, colors, quantities, and print locations. Your price is the bag plus printing.
Screen printing boxes
Water-based ink only. Add a $40 screen charge. Two- and three-color jobs need loose artwork.
