Every card is minted and shipped by hand from Atlanta. Here's how it works.

When does my order ship?: Ships from Atlanta within 2–4 business days. Delivery time depends on where you are.
Can I return a logo card?: Logo and custom cards are final sale, because we print each one just for your order.
Can I return a regular card?: Once a card has been booped and claimed to a profile, it can't be refunded.
What if it arrives damaged or doesn't work?: We'll send you a free replacement. Just email us.
What if my package gets lost?: If tracking shows it was never delivered, we'll send a replacement.
