As a designer and screen printer, it’s always exciting to see your work come to life on merchandise, but it’s especially thrilling when that merchandise is for a band that you admire. When I got the opportunity to work with Faun & a PanFLute, I was over the moon!

Faun & a PanFLute is a unique and dynamic music group that combines traditional instruments with modern production techniques to create a sound that is truly one-of-a-kind. I was proud to be able to bring the band’s vision to life in a tangible way through the medium of merchandise.

Even though I didn’t create the artwork, I was responsible for bringing it to life through the screen printing process. I spent hours going over the designs and making sure that everything was perfect for the final print. The band had already created the artwork, but it was my job to ensure that the designs would translate well onto the shirts and other merchandise.

The actual printing process went smoothly and I was happy with how the final product turned out. The band was also very happy with the results, which is the best reward for me as a screen printer. I was grateful for the opportunity to work with such a talented and innovative band, and I look forward to doing it again in the future.

Overall, I want to express my gratitude to Faun & a PanFLute for giving me the opportunity to be a part of bringing their art to life in a tangible form and to the fans who will be wearing and using the merchandise. It’s a privilege to be able to contribute to the connection between artists and their audience through the medium of merchandise, and I hope to have many more such opportunities in the future.

This Faun and a Pan Flute album is the result of individual and group discipline evoked by ten people: the nine musicians in the band and the producer who guided the making of the album. Ada Babar (electric guitar), Dan Bailey (fretless bass), Daniel Betts (drums), Chris Childs (marimba), David Gray (electric guitar), John Gregg (percussion), Julian Hinshaw (tuba), Benjamin Shirley (cello), and Peter Webb (alto saxophone) joined me, Benjamin Price, in my home studio studilaroche over a span of two years to record the material presented on this album.
